Transition camps offer the opportunity to create a bridge between primary school and secondary school for young people preparing to transition schools. Young people will engage in advanced sports, focused on technical development and skill acquisition, alongside this sessions will include cooking, recipe design and opportunities to explore creativity and art. There will be Q&A sessions with existing pupils, leadership demonstrations and opportunities, case studies and discussions themed towards student resilience.
