Educational Content: Health Workshops: Interactive sessions on nutrition, sleep, mental health and exercise, developed with Teachers, to educate children on positive choices in relation to personal health. Environmental Awareness: Children will learn about the impact of their choices on the environment, promoting an understanding of sustainability and eco-friendly practices. 3. Team-building and Social Skills: Group Activities: Team-building exercises and group challenges are incorporated to promote cooperation, communication, and teamwork among children. Leadership Development: Opportunities for leadership roles and responsibilities are provided to help children develop leadership skills and boost confidence. 4. Creativity and Expression: Arts and Crafts: Creative activities, such as arts and crafts, music, and drama, are integrated to provide children with a means of self-expression and stress relief. Outdoor Exploration: Nature-based activities and outdoor exploration are included to connect children with the natural environment and foster an appreciation for the outdoors. 5.
