Camp details
Health and Wellbeing camps offer sports such as archery and tennis, alongside creativity activities such art, Lego and creativity sessions. Children will participate in performing arts while learning the importance of sleep, mental health, nutrition, and friendships in dedicated wellbeing sessions. Coaches will also guide children through mindfulness practices and engaging fitness games. Each day ends with a personal reflection and commitment. Overall we nurture physical health, mental wellbeing, building lasting friendships in a fun, supportive environment.
